Expand the display until the desired field is visible.
Double-click
the field you want to include in your subgroup to see a screen similar
to the one below.
(In the example below, we first expanded the
-Patient category, then the -Appointment
sub-category, then we finally double-clicked the {Next
time}
field.)
Enter the {First Time}
to evaluate for your
subgroup. If
you are subgrouping a range of times, you may also enter the {Last
Time}
now.
Select
the operation to use:
Equal To Choose
Equal To when you want your subgroup
to include records that exactly match your {First Time}
field. Any
value in the {Last Time}
field is ignored.

Not Equal To Choose
Not Equal To when you want your
subgroup to include records that do NOT match your {First Time}
field. Any
value in the {Last Time}
field is ignored.

Greater Than Choose
Greater Than when you want your
subgroup to include records that fall after, but do not match, your

Less Than when you want your subgroup

of Times To
subgroup by a specific range of times, enter a value in both the {First Time} and
{Last Time} fields.

In our example, the subgroup would include patient folders that have
a next appointment time that falls between 10:00
and 11:45 am.
CheckNot
to reverse the meaning of the selected operator, if appropriate.
Click [Ok]
to add the response to your subgroup and return to the summary screen.
Finally, check AND
or OR in the subgroup
summary to indicate how this criteria should relate to the criteria directly
above it.
