Subgroup Findings Data

To subgroup by data from the [Findings] tab of your patient folders:

  1. Expand the findings category of your Subgroup Design screen, if necessary.
  2. Double-click {Patient etc}. or {Tx Findings} to select the type of information you want to subgroup.  Depending on which option you selected, either your {Patient etc.} or {Tx Findings} categories appear.  The example shows our treatment findings categories:

  3. Click the response you want to test for in your subgroup.  You may need to Expand  the categories further to see your list of available responses.
  4. Select how you want ViewPoint to test the response:

    image\O2_CIRCLE_ON.gifEqual To     indicates that you want your subgroup to include patient folders that have the selected response in the [Findings] tab of their patient folders.

    image\O2_CIRCLE_ON.gifNot Equal To     indicates that you want to exclude patient folders that have the selected response.
  5. Click [Ok] to add the response to your subgroup criteria and return to the subgroup summary screen.

Finally, check AND or OR in the subgroup summary to indicate how this criteria should relate to the criteria directly above it.
