Use the Template Editor to define the time of day you schedule patients.
Time of day details
Time interval - Enter the number of minutes to assign to each time slot in your schedule.
Starting / ending time - Enter the time of day your template should start and end, and click Recalculate template rowsto create the time slots. Note that you specify these times only when you first create a grid template: These values cannot be changed later. (You can, however, flag time slots with a Prohibited status to prevent scheduling to certain time slots, if needed.)
Delete unnecessary time slots - You can delete rows to eliminate certain periods of time from your schedule, such as a lunch break or staff training. Click at the left side of a row you want to remove, then press Delete on your keyboard, and confirm your action to eliminate that time slot. (Or, select the first row to delete, then hold your Shift key while you select the last row to delete.) Note that if you then click Recalculate Template Rows, the original time slots will be restored.
Edit captions - Click a row caption to change the name of the time slot. For example, you might replace the time slot of 12:00 with the caption LUNCH. This only changes the row caption, and does not affect scheduling to those time slots. Note that if you then click Recalculate Template Rows, the original time slots will be restored.
